Custom Corten Steel Wall Panels

Corten steel is also known as weathered steel because of the rusted exterior. It’s a lovely piece of steel with a very thin patina of rust on the outside.

While it looks worn and weathered, that thin layer of rust actually protects the metal underneath. It’s a fascinating material that delivers a unique look for indoor or outdoor use.

As we create all Corten steel wall panels to order, you can have whatever size, shape and finish you like.

Each Corten steel wall panel will exhibit that lovely depth of colour and character along with the signature rusty appeal we like from Corten steel.

Each wall panel begins as a sheet of steel. We laser cut it to size and shape and prepare it for finishing. It is then artificially aged to develop that rich rusted look we like so much.

Corten steel wall panels can then be left natural or covered in a tough, transparent lacquer to preserve the metal.

As we create everything by hand, you can have any shape or size of wall panel you like.

Maximum sheet size is 2000mm x 1000mm but we can create larger installations using multiple sheets.

If you’re looking for a larger installation, we would prepare all sheets at the same time, using exactly the same process to ensure an even finish across all sheets.
