Each of our bespoke finishes can be purchased in sheets cut to your size to create unique and beautiful Splashbacks.

We will laser cut a metal sheet to your precise dimensions, cut holes for sockets, pipes or anything you need. This results in a beautiful, precision piece that should slot into place with ease!

Metal splashbacks are finished by hand, protected in a tough transparent lacquer and will be supplied ready to fit.

Handmade metal splashbacks

All metal splashbacks from Halman Thompson are crafted by hand to your exact specifications.

We laser cut your splashback so it will fit perfectly with little or no adjustment. We then prepare the metal. For aged copper and aged brass, that means artificially ageing it using a specialist process.

Ageing is then stopped and the splashback is sealed in a tough, transparent lacquer. This lacquer prevents the ageing process from restarting and protects the splashback.

Natural brass and natural copper splashbacks can optionally be sealed in lacquer too.

All metal splashbacks will be cut to size and have any holes cut for pipes or sockets. All you’ll need to do is fix them to the wall!

Caring for your metal splashback

Metal splashbacks are incredibly low maintenance.

The lacquer protects them from the environment so all you need to do is wipe down with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
