Creating your metal cooker hood

All metal cooker hoods are created by hand, to order. Each begins with a brass or copper sheet with a maximum size of 1000mm x 2000mm.

We precision cut the shape of your hood using a laser and your exact dimensions. We then shape the metal into shape and finish to an exceptional standard. If you order an aged metal hood, we will use our specialist ageing processes to deliver the desired look and then stop ageing. Finally, we can then add a tough transparent lacquer to prevent further ageing and protect the metal.

All aged metal cooker hoods will be lacquered. Natural brass or copper can be optionally lacquered.

As everything is made by hand, every piece will be completely unique. It will also fit perfectly, we guarantee it!

Caring for your metal cooker hood

Caring for your metal cooker hood is very straightforward. Simple wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.

No specialist cleaning products and no complicated processes here. Just good old fashioned soap and water!
